NED NWOKO WELCOMES OKONJO -IWEALA TO WTO TOP JOB . The initiator of London-Paris Club loans refunds for Nigeria, Hon, Prince Ned Nwoko, has described the appointment of former finance minister Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo -Iweala to head World Trade organization as a boost to the history and image of the country. This is contained in a statement issued in Abuja, by Prince Nwoko following the emergence of the Ogwashi -Uku born Okonjo -Iweala as Director General of WTO, the first female and first African to mount the saddle of the global trade body. Nwoko said it was a welcome development that clearly underlined Nigerian indomitable spirit of resilience and Anioma strength of character and integrity.
